AWS E6010 is type of cellulose -Na welding electrodes, special for DC.it adopts advanced foreign technology it has deep-penetrating ARC,few slags,easy ***achability high welding efficient beautiful performance properties, it can be used for welding in all position vertical up and down position welding .it can reach the effect that one side welding both sides formation.
Application:Mainly for welding carbon steel pip or the same material ,backing weld/filling weld/cosmetic weld for the steel structure bottom.
Attention:1.it is easy to expose to mosture, pls keep it in dry condition.
2.it needs heating when the package breaks or moisture absorbed , heating temperature should be between 70ˇăc to 80ˇăc,heating time should be from 0.5 to 1 hour.
3.when using ¦µ5.0mm welding electrodes, ti is better to use high-thrust, low-current, in order to enhance welding performance
